Cancellations more than 48 hours before service receive a full refund minus CHF 50 admin fee. 24-48 hours before: 50% of agreed price. Less than 24 hours: 100% of agreed price. No-show: full price charged. Force majeure cancellations by CABLANE receive a full refund or alternative arrangement.
