Yes, WEF Davos is our flagship event. We provide experienced drivers who know every route and shortcut for the 2+ hour alpine drive from Zurich Airport to Davos. We offer multi-vehicle convoys, 24/7 on-call drivers, and pre-positioned vehicles in Davos and Klosters throughout the event. We begin accepting WEF reservations months in advance.

Yes, Art Basel is one of our most-requested events. We provide private transfers from EuroAirport and Zurich Airport, between hotels, the main fair at Messe Basel, satellite fairs like Liste and Volta, and Fondation Beyeler in Riehen. Available for VIP preview days and public days.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before service receive a full refund minus CHF 50 admin fee. Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% of the agreed price. Less than 24 hours: 100% of the agreed price. No-show: full price charged. Force majeure cancellations by CABLANE receive a full refund or alternative arrangement.

Yes. Our VW ID. Buzz seats up to 6 passengers comfortably and is ideal for families, delegations, and small groups. For larger parties, we arrange multi-vehicle convoys with coordinated routing and timing.

Yes. We provide ISOFIX-compatible child seats and booster seats on request at no additional charge. Please mention this when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat for your child's age and weight.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard transfers. For major events (WEF Davos, Art Basel, Montreux Jazz Festival), we recommend booking several weeks ahead as availability during peak periods is limited. Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability.
